An error occurred during an operation. The probable causes are:

A file or folder (directory) required by the system was deleted, or access permissions were changed.

The disk does not have sufficient free space.

A process was forcibly stopped by the kill OS command on the JP1/AJS3 - Manager host that the local host was connected to or the JP1/AJS3 - Agent host that the local host was communicating with.
The following operation might not have finished yet:

Operation on an execution agent of the job portal (or execution agent group)

Operation on the management portal.
Check the status, and rerun the processing that has not been completed.

- If a file or folder (directory) required by the system was deleted or access permissions were changed:

Check whether the file structure or access permissions of the Web Console server were manually changed. If the changes were made manually, revert the changes to their prior state. If necessary, consider reinstalling JP1/AJS3 - Web Console and recovering the setting information for JP1/AJS3 - Web Console that was backed up in advance. For details about backing up and recovering setting information for JP1/AJS3 - Web Console, see 2. Backup and Recovery in the JP1/Automatic Job Management System 3 Administration Guide. If you are unable to solve the problem, use the data collection tool to collect data, and then contact the system administrator.
- If the process was forcibly stopped by the kill OS command on the connected JP1/AJS3 - Manager or JP1/AJS3 - Agent host:

Reperform the operation.

Correct the error, and then retry.
