Determine the reason why the communication status check or communication recovery check did not succeed by referring to the KNACnnnn error message that was output before this one.
If the destination port mapping function is enabled, a port number is output for maintenance-information. Make sure that the destination port is correctly specified. If an error occurs before the function obtains the destination port, 0 is output as the port number for maintenance-information.
