The probable causes are:

Memory was insufficient.

Control characters such as newline characters were entered into a text field of the definition program of the default custom job.

If available memory is not sufficient, terminate unnecessary applications, and then re-execute the operation.
Make sure that control characters such as newline characters are not included in any text fields of the definition program of the default custom job. In addition, be sure not to copy and paste when entering text in text fields so that you do not enter control characters into a text field.
If you cannot correct the problem by taking the above actions, configuration of JP1/AJS3 - View may have been corrupted. Perform a repair installation.
