A communication error may have occurred. If the destination port mapping function is enabled, a port number is output for maintenance-information. Make sure that the destination port is correctly specified. If an error occurs before the function obtains the destination port, 0 is output as the port number for maintenance-information. For details about destination port mapping function, see 2.12.2(4) Destination port mapping function in the JP1/Automatic Job Management System 3 System Design (Configuration) Guide. Use the integrated trace logs for the manager host and agent host to check whether a KAVUxxxx or KNACxxxx message was output before or after this message. If it was output, also see the explanation provided in that message. If no such messages were output, use the data collection tool to collect data, and then contact the system administrator. Data must be collected on both the manager host and the agent host.
