Check whether any of the following probable causes are present:

  1. The agent is not running.

  2. The port numbers for service name jp1ajs2qagt on the manager and the agent are inconsistent.

  3. There is a problem with the network, including the hardware, on either the manager or agent, or both.

  4. The port numbers set by using the destination port mapping function are incorrect.

    If the destination port mapping function is enabled, a port number is output for maintenance-information. Make sure that the destination port is correctly specified. If an error occurs before the function obtains the destination port, 0 is output as the port number for maintenance-information. Check the integrated trace log of the manager for whether a KAVUxxxx message was output before or after this message. Also check whether a KAVUxxxx message was output to the integrated trace log of the agent when this message was output. If a KAVUxxxx message was output, read the message explanation.
