The IP address is output only when the LOGIPV6INFOALL environment setting parameter is set to yes. If the LOGIPV6INFOALL environment setting parameter is set to yes and the IP address is unknown, unknown is displayed.

Check the following:

• Check whether the JP1/AJS3 service on the agent host is running or whether the agent host machine is running.

  If JP1/AJS3 on the agent host and the agent host itself are not running, start them.

• Check whether the host name is determined.

  If the host name could not be determined (resolved), check the JP1_HOSTNAME environment variable, hosts file, DNS settings, or settings in jp1hosts or jp1hosts2 information on the manager host.

• Check whether the JP1/AJS3 port number is registered in the services file.

  If it is not registered, register it.

• Check whether the port number specified by the destination port mapping function is correct.

  If the destination port mapping function is enabled, a port number is output for maintenance-information. Make sure that the destination port is correctly specified. If an error occurs before the function obtains the destination port, 0 is output as the port number for maintenance-information. Because information about the agent where an error occurred is not deleted, perform a cold start for the JP1/AJS3 service on the agent host indicated by agent-host-name.
