Take action according to the value indicated in maintenance-information-1:

If this message appears when you display the Operating status of execution agent dialog box or the Operating status of target host dialog box, operations are concentrated on the aggregation data file. Wait for a while, and then display the dialog box again.
If this message appears due to a failure in aggregating the execution agent operation data, the aggregation data file is experiencing concentrated operations caused by displaying the Operating status of execution agent dialog box or the Operating status of target host dialog box. Wait until the next aggregation starts. Also, reduce the number of times the dialog box is displayed around the aggregation start time.
If you cannot correct the problem by taking the above actions, collect data and contact the system administrator (see 1.2.3 To the system administrators).
