Acquisition of information from the agent host failed. The probable causes are:

• A network connection cannot be established between the manager host and agent host.

• The JP1/AJS3 System Control Agent service is not running on the execution host selected in Execution host name on the Target host screen.

• The JP1/AJS3 environment definition file on the execution host selected in Execution host name on the Target host screen contains errors.

• The version of JP1/AJS3 - Manager or JP1/AJS3 - Agent that meets the requirements is not installed on the execution host selected in Execution host name on the Target host screen.

• The port numbers set by using the destination port mapping function are incorrect.

Correct the error, and then retry.

• Check the network environment shared with the manager host.

• Check the JP1/AJS3 System Control Agent service is running.

• Make sure that a valid JP1/AJS3 environment definition file exists on the execution host selected in Execution host name on the Target host screen.

• Make sure that the version of JP1/AJS3 - Manager or JP1/AJS3 - Agent on the execution host selected in Execution host name on the Target host screen is 13-00 or later.

If the destination port mapping function is enabled, a port number is output for maintenance-information. Make sure that the destination port is correctly specified. If an error occurs before the function obtains the destination port, 0 is output as the port number for maintenance-information.
