Setup of the management portal execution environment will be interrupted because write permission for the services file was not granted and therefore registration of port information failed.

Cancels command execution.

Check whether the OS user who executed the command has logged on as a user who has administrator privileges (in Windows) or superuser privileges (in UNIX), and has write permission for the services file. Then re-execute the command.
