Take the action appropriate for the value indicated at maintenance-information-3 as follows:

READ:
The system failed to read the aggregate data file. Click the Delete aggregation status and results button in the Usage Status of the Scheduler Service or Details on the Retention Status of Jobnets with Start Conditions dialog box, and then click the Start aggregation button again.

LOCK:
Multiple aggregation processes occurred concurrently. Wait for a while, and then click the Start aggregation button again.
If you cannot correct the problem by taking the above actions or a value other than the above is indicated at maintenance-information-3, collect the necessary data and contact the system administrator (see 1.2.3 To the system administrators).
