The probable causes are as follows:

The JP1/AJS3 System Control Manager service is not running.

(If SSL communication is enabled) There are errors in the SSL communication settings or the common definitions in JP1/Base.
Review the settings, and then suspend the aggregation process again.
If TIMEOUT is indicated at maintenance-information-4, it might mean that suspending the aggregation process was attempted but completion of the processing could not be confirmed. In this case, wait for a while, and then check the aggregation status.
If you cannot determine the cause of the error, collect data and then contact the system administrator (see 1.2.3 To the system administrators).
