The connection from host (IP address:IP-address, JP1 user name:JP1-user-name) to host (logical-host) was refused.
A connection which the user indicated in JP1-user-name being established from the host indicated in IP-address to the host indicated in logical-host was refused.
The probable causes are:

When JP1/AJS3 - View was connected, either the User mapping settings or the password management for JP1/Base was invalid.

After connecting with JP1/AJS3 - View, the authentication server was restarted, or was blocked.

When you started JP1/AJS3 - View from the Tool Launcher screen of JP1/IM - View, the user authentication bloc was different between JP1/IM - View and JP1/AJS3 - View.

During JP1/IM - View connection, JP1/AJS3 - View was started from the Tool Launcher screen of JP1/IM - View after the authentication server was restarted, or was blocked.

When JP1/AJS3 - Web Console was connected, either the User mapping settings or the password management for JP1/Base was invalid.
If the Web GUI (Management Portal) is in use, also perform the following checks:

Check whether the following setting is enabled: the setting for allowing the JP1 user mapped to an OS user who belongs to the Administrators group to use the Web GUI (Management Portal) in an environment in which the UAC function of Windows is enabled.

If the preceding setting is enabled, check whether the mapped OS user has Log on as a batch job permission.

After connecting with JP1/AJS3 - Web Console, the authentication server was restarted, or was blocked.
Also, this message is output if all is specified for the AUTHLOG or AUTHSYSLOG environment setting parameter.

Resolve the cause of the problem, follow the message displayed on the host indicated by IP-address, and then start JP1/AJS3 - View.
