The probable causes are:

There is insufficient free space on the drive on which the folder set in the system environment variable TEMP resides.

JP1/Base was uninstalled before JP1/AJS3 - Manager, or JP1/Base was uninstalled before JP1/AJS3 - Manager and then re-installed on its own.

See Release Notes and allocate sufficient free space for the temporary area required at installation. Then retry the uninstallation.
If you uninstalled JP1/Base before JP1/AJS3 - Manager, see Release Notes and take appropriate action.
If you cannot resolve the problem, collect the following data and then contact the system administrator:
