For JP1/AJS3 - Agent

ajssysctlstart

Starts the JP1/AJS3 System Control Manager service or the JP1/AJS3 System Control Agent service.

Superuser privileges

/opt/jp1ajs2/bin/

Starts the JP1/AJS3 System Control Manager service.

The -m option can be specified only in JP1/AJS3 - Manager. It cannot be specified with JP1/AJS3 - Agent.

Starts the JP1/AJS3 System Control Agent service.

If you omit all options, the following options are assumed:
- JP1/AJS3 - Manager: -m, -a
- JP1/AJS3 - Agent: -a
Before executing this command, make sure that the Management Portal execution environment has been set up. If the Management Portal execution environment has not been set up, set it up by using the ajssysctlsetup command.
This command applies only to UNIX. You cannot use this command in Windows.
This command terminates without waiting for completion of the startup of the service. To confirm whether the service has started, execute the ajssysctlstatus command.
