This section describes how to change the zoom rate of the windows, dialog boxes and message boxes that are displayed after JP1/AJS3 - View is started.

Specify from:

A JP1/AJS3 - View file (System common settings file)

For details, see 11.1.1 Types of customization methods.

Specification

Use the following format:

jajsViewDisplaySize={100|150|200|Auto} (return)

When you specify 100:

Windows, dialog boxes and message boxes are displayed at a zoom rate of 100%.

When you specify 150:

Windows, dialog boxes and message boxes are displayed at a zoom rate of 150%.

When you specify 200:

Windows, dialog boxes and message boxes are displayed at a zoom rate of 200%.

When you specify Auto:

A zoom rate of 100%, 150%, or 200% is automatically selected according to the resolution of the monitor.

The default is 100. If you omit this setting, 100 is assumed.

Example

To set the zoom rate of windows, dialog boxes and message boxes to 150%, set this parameter as follows:

jajsViewDisplaySize=150

Cautionary notes
  • In a multi-monitor environment that uses monitors with different resolutions, when you move a window, dialog box or message box between monitors of different resolutions, the zoom rate does not change according to the resolution of the destination monitor. The zoom rate applied on the source monitor is maintained.

  • If the specified zoom rate makes the displayed dialog boxes and message boxes too large to fit within the display area of the monitor, the zoom rate automatically changes so that they fit within the display area.

  • The following dialog boxes are not subject to this option:

    - Dialog box used to select files or folders

    - Register Custom Job dialog box

    - Set Properties of Custom Job dialog box
