12.14.7 Notes on the Daily/Monthly Schedule window
-
Changing the base time in the job group including the registered jobnet
Depending on the new base time, the Monthly Schedule window displays execution results and schedule information (such as schedules created for fixed registration) one day before or after the actual date. To correctly display execution results and schedule information, cancel the registration of the jobnet and re-register the jobnet for execution.
-
Changing the definition of the unit being displayed
In the Daily Schedule/Monthly Schedule window, even if you update the definition to the latest one, the system does not reread the definition. To change the definition of the unit being displayed, close the Daily Schedule/Monthly Schedule window, change the definition, and then display the window.
-
When the target unit has no reference privileges
The Daily Schedule/Monthly Schedule window displays the schedule that has been calculated through schedule simulation and execution simulation. Accordingly, in the following cases, the execution schedule will not be displayed:
-
The login user has no reference privileges for any of the units to be displayed in the Daily Schedule/Monthly Schedule window.
-
The job group specified in the reference calendar has no reference privileges.
-
The jobnet specified in the exclusive schedule has no reference privileges.
-
-
Displaying the Detailed Schedule dialog box for a jobnet connector or its connection-destination jobnet
Note the following when you display the Detailed Schedule dialog box for a generation of a jobnet connector or a generation of a connection-destination jobnet if connection of the generation is not fixed.
-
If the unit to be connected exists on a host that is managed by a different authentication server, the Login screen appears to allow you to obtain a connection target execution ID or connection source execution ID. Log in to the host with the unit to be connected.
When you click Refresh or perform automatic update while the Detailed Schedule dialog box is displayed, you might need to log in to obtain a connection target execution ID or connection source execution ID.
When you click Cancel in the Login screen, Exec. ID (Destination) or Exec. ID (Source) listed in the Detailed Schedule dialog box is Unknown.
When the Exec. ID (Destination) or Exec. ID (Source) column displays Unknown, redisplay or automatic update of the Detailed Schedule dialog box does not obtain a connection target execution ID or connection source execution ID. Therefore, Exec. ID (Destination) or Exec. ID (Source) continues to be Unknown. To display a connection target execution ID or connection source execution ID, click View and then Refresh to update the display.
The Login screen will not appear when you display the Detailed Schedule dialog box for the generations with a fixed connection.
-
Because the local host might need to communicate with the host with the unit to be connected, the JP1/AJS3 service must be started on the host with the unit to be connected. If the JP1/AJS3 service is not active, a communication error occurs.
Other operations cannot be performed until the communication error is detected.

-
Displaying a connection-destination jobnet from a jobnet connector in the Daily Schedule window or Monthly Schedule window
Note the following when you select a jobnet connector, and click View, Jobnet for Destination, and then Daily Schedule or Monthly Schedule.
-
When you display a connection-destination jobnet in the Daily Schedule or Monthly Schedule window, two JP1/AJS3 - View processes might be started. If that occurs, large amounts of memory and system resources are consumed.
We recommend that you close the Daily Schedule or Monthly Schedule window when monitoring is ended.
-
When a jobnet connector and its connection-destination jobnet exist on different hosts that are managed by different authentication servers, the Login screen appears when you display the connection-destination jobnet from the jobnet connector in the Daily Schedule window or Monthly Schedule window. Log in to the host with the connection-destination jobnet.
When you display the Detailed Schedule dialog box for the connection-destination jobnet from the Daily Schedule or Monthly Schedule window being displayed, the Login screen appears for each Daily Schedule or Monthly Schedule window for the generations without a fixed connection. Log in to the host with the jobnet connector.
Note that the Login screen will not appear when you display the Detailed Schedule dialog box for the generations with a fixed connection.
-
Because the local host might need to communicate with the host with the unit to be connected, the JP1/AJS3 service must be started on the host with the unit to be connected. If the JP1/AJS3 service is not active, a communication error occurs.
Other operations cannot be performed until the communication error is detected.
