12.5.1 Configuration of the window
The following figure shows the Edit Monthly Calendar window.
The following explains the displayed items.

(1) Standard week
By clicking days of the week in Standard week, you can define closed or open days for all the selected days of the week.

Closed day
Displays the day of the week in red. The date background in the calendar area is displayed in light red.

Open day
Displays the day of the week in blue. The date background in the calendar area is displayed in light blue.

Not defined
Displays the day of the week in black.
(2) Previous month button
Displays calendar information on the previous month. The months from January 1994 to December four-digit year set for the SCHEDULELIMIT environment setting parameter can be displayed. For details about the SCHEDULELIMIT environment setting parameter, see 20.4.2(123) SCHEDULELIMIT in the JP1/Automatic Job Management System 3 Configuration Guide. If the version of the connection-destination JP1/AJS3 - Manager is 12-60 or earlier, you can set a period up to December 2036.
(3) Next month button
Displays calendar information on the next month.
(4) Calendar area
Displays calendar information. The digits indicating the current date are displayed in yellow. Clicking dates or days of the week allows you to define closed or open days. Clicking a day of the week in the calendar area allows you define closed or open days only for the day of the week in the month. You can operate a nested job group using the calendar information for the upper-level job group.
The following gives the contents of definitions and the displayed colors.

Closed day
Displays the digits indicating a date in white with a red background. A closed day for the upper-level job group is displayed in orange.

Open day
Displays the digits indicating a date in white with a blue background. An open day for the upper-level job group is displayed in green.

Not defined
Displays the digits indicating a date in black with a white background.
The following gives priority applied when you use Standard week, the calendar area and the upper-level job group at the same time to define calendar information. The highest priority is 1.
