Supplementary notes
-
You can specify settings so that the JP1 user name used for the previous login or the names of previously connected hosts will not be displayed. Hiding previously used login information can prevent unauthorized users from logging in to the system by using an authorized user name. For details, see 11.2.6 Preventing the history of previously used login user and connected host names from appearing on the Login screen.
-
We recommend that you disable the predictive conversion functionality of character input software such as IMEs. If the functionality is enabled, entry candidates might be displayed when you enter text for User name, Password, or Host to connect even though you have disabled the display of previously used login information.
-
-
To start up JP1/AJS3 - View using a command:
Execute the ajs command as follows:
ajs [-F service-name] [-a login-information-file-name]
- -F service-name
-
Specify the service name of the target scheduler service.
- -a login-information-file-name
-
Specify the name of the login information file containing the user name, the password, and the name of the host to be connected, which is the information that must be entered on the Login screen.
For details about the command, see the ajs in 3. Commands Used for Normal Operations in the manual JP1/Automatic Job Management System 3 Command Reference.
