3.4 Estimating log sizes
This section describes the formulae used to estimate the size of the log files that JP1/AJS3 outputs. When a problem occurs, log file information is used to identify the operation or processing that caused it. If there is insufficient information in the log file to do this, it takes some time to determine the cause. You should therefore make the best estimate you can for the appropriate log file size, considering the mode of operation used for the processing you are executing.
