The last schedulable date for QUEUE jobs and submit jobs can now be extended to December 31, 2099.

As a result of this update, JP1/AJS3 processes (jpqman32, jpqimport, jpqexport, jpqdbcond, jajs_maintain and jajs_migrate) were changed to 64-bit architecture in a Linux environment.
