JP1/Automatic Operation cannot be installed on this server, because Hitachi Command Suite products are already installed. If you continue this installation, you might no longer be able to perform upgrade or overwrite installations of the Hitachi Command Suite products. The installation will stop.

[Cause]

Once JP1/Automatic Operation 13-00 or later is installed, you cannot perform upgrade or overwrite installations of the Hitachi Command Suite products in the same environment.

[Action]

After installing JP1/Automatic Operation 13-00 or later, if you can wait until the next release of Hitachi Command Suite for the removal of the restriction that prevents you from upgrading Hitachi Command Suite products in the same environment, continue the installation. If you have installed the product by mistake, collect troubleshooting information and contact the Support Center.
