If it occurs repeatedly, check the following points.

Is version of JP1/IM - Manager on the event-forwarding relay destination 13-10 or later?

Is event-forwarding relay function enabled on event-forwarding relay destination host?

Is JP1/IM - Manager running?
If you are satisfied with the above, restart JP1/IM - Manager service or JP1/IM - Agent service. If restarting does not improve the problem, collect the materials and contact your system administrator.
