The imbase process failed to get the port number of the event-forwarding relay destination.

If a port is specified by its service name, check that services file contains the mapping between the service name and the port.
Check that the specified port number is within the available range.
After reviewing the above, restart JP1/IM - Manager service. If restarting does not improve the problem, collect the documentation and contact your system administrator.
