• Is JP1/IM agent control base running on the command execution host running?

• If the communication encryption function is used, is the communication encryption function setting correct?

Check the command execution status on the host where the command is executed. If necessary, re-execute the response action, if automatic execution of the response action fails, execute the response action manually.
