Check whether JP1 events with event IDs 3F86, 3F87, or 3F88 have been issued on the host displayed in JP1/IM-Manager-host-name, and confirm whether the trend data has been deleted.

For hosts displayed in JP1/IM-Manager-host-name, check the contents displayed in the error-message, take action, and then delete the trend data by the following method for the target whose trend data has not been deleted.

• When the Delete button on the List of Integrated Agents window or the Integrated agent information deletion REST API is executed

  Do one of the following, and then delete the trend data.

  - Delete agent information from the List of Integrated Agents window

  - Delete agent information with Integrated agent information deletion REST API

  However, for hosts that have successfully deleted agent information and failed to delete trend data, do the following to delete trend data:

  - Delete trend data with trend data deletion REST API

• When the Delete trend data button on the List of Integrated Agents window or the Trend data deletion REST API is executed

  Do one of the following, and then delete the trend data.

  - Delete trend data from the List of Integrated Agents window

  - Delete trend data with Trend data deletion REST API

• In a hierarchical configuration, if both the integrated manager and lower manager are not JP1/IM - Manager 13-10 or later, upgrade to 13-10 or later and re-execute. If the integrated manager is JP1/IM - Manager 13-10 or later and lower manager is JP1/IM - Manager 13-00 or 13-01, remove integrated agent information managed by that lower manager from lower manager if you want to remove only integrated agent information without deleting the trend data.
