Make sure that the IM database service is running. If it is not running, start the IM database service, and then retry the operation.

Determine whether a memory shortage occurred. If so, restart JP1/IM - Manager, and then retry the operation.

Determine whether the manager host was in high load status. If so, wait awhile, and then retry the operation.

If the cause is other than the above or you cannot recover from the error after retrying the operation, contact the system administrator.
