Incorrect field name in alert info to specify event ID

The alert does not contain an event ID or an invalid event ID is specified.
Review alert configuration file definitions and ensure that the appropriate field names are set and that the event ID corresponding to the JP1 event for JP1/AJS alerts is specified.
If the cause is unknown, collect the data using the data collection tool and contact the system administrator.
