Unable to connect to Intelligent Integrated Management Base Services. This could be due to:

Service is not running

Service is busy

No network connectivity with the service

Not added to lower manager in the Lower manager list window

JP1/IM - Manager of the connected host is not the version corresponding to the corresponding operation.

If the service is not running
Restart Intelligent Integrated Management Base service for the host listed in hostname.

If an office manager or relay manager exists under the logged-in JP1/IM - Manager
Make sure that the port number of the office manager or relay manager's Intelligent Integrated Management Base service matches the port number of the Integration Manager's Intelligent Integrated Management Base service. Also, confirm that you have added it to lower manager in the Lower manager list window.

If the service is busy
You may be able to connect by retrying the connection.

If the host to be connected is not in network connectivity
Check the network environment with the host displayed in the host name. If there is a firewall between you and the destination host, check the firewall settings. If the session is destroyed, log in again.

Check the version of JP1/IM - Manager on the destination host. Review the target of operation.
