• Is the networking between JP1/IM agent management base and JP1/IM agent control base?

If KNBC00010-E is output in JP1/IM agent management base log, follow the measures for KNBC00010-E.

If KNBC00010-E is not output in JP1/IM agent management base log, Re-execute the response action with the following steps:

1. If the JP1/IM - Manager service is not running, start the service.

2. Restart JP1/IM agent control base.

3. Re-execute the response action, if automatic execution of the response action fails, execute the response action manually.
