Failed to connect to the Intelligent Integrated Management Base. (JP1/IM - Manager host name = host-name)
Unable to connect to Intelligent Integrated Management Base service. The following causes are possible:

Service is not running.

Service is busy.
-
No network connectivity with the service.

Not added to lower manager in the [Lower manager list] window.

JP1/IM - Manager of the connected host is not the version corresponding to the corresponding operation.

If the service is not running
Restart Intelligent Integrated Management Base service for the host displayed in the host name.

If base manager or relay manager exists under the logged-in JP1/IM - Manager
Make sure that the port number of the base manager or relay manager's Intelligent Integrated Management Base service matches the port number of the Integration Manager's Intelligent Integrated Management Base service. Also, confirm that you have added it to lower manager in the [Lower manager list] window.

If the service is busy
You may be able to connect by retrying the connection.

If the host to be connected is not in network connectivity
Check the network environment with the host displayed in the host name. If there is a firewall between you and the destination host, check the firewall settings. If the session is destroyed, log in again.

Check the version of JP1/IM - Manager on the destination host. Review the target of operation.

If the host to be added to the lower manager is not registered as a lower host of an Integrated Manager by using IM Configuration or JP1/Base configuration management
Register the host to be added to the lower manager as a lower host of the Integrated Manager by using IM Configuration or JP1/Base configuration management.
