If Intelligent Integrated Management Database is not set up, set up it. If it is already set up, run jimgndbstatus command. Make sure that Intelligent Integrated Management Database is running.

If Intelligent Integrated Management Database is not running, start Intelligent Integrated Management Database.

If the problem is reproduced, collect the data using the data collection tool and contact the system administrator.
