If the user ID and the password are invalid
Use the jddsetaccsessuser command to set the correct user ID and password again.

If the connection to the authentication server failed
Check if the authentication server is running.

If permissions sufficient for authentication are not granted
Grant one of the following JP1 permission levels to the user ID specified by the jddsetaccsessuser command:
- JP1_Console_Admin
- JP1_Console_Operator
- JP1_Console_User
