Make sure that the port number of the service name that failed the hesitation does not overlap with any other service. If there is a duplicate, change the port number so that it does not overlap, and then try again.
For logical host operation, if the name is a logical host name that cannot be resolved, specify a host name that can be resolved and try again.
If the above does not apply, collect materials with the collection tool and contact your system administrator.
