13.2 Changing the IM Exporter configuration
This section describes the procedures required to change the IM Exporter configuration. The work procedures described in this section are the same for both a physical host and a logical host.
Configuration changes involve stopping the host and processes, which may cause errors to be detected. It is recommended that the JP1/IM - Agent administrator excludes the host and processes subject to changes from being monitored in advance or applies silence settings, to limit the number of errors detected due to configuration changes.
