14.2.4 Upgrading from viewer version 12, 11 or 10
If you are upgrading from a version 12, version 11, or version 10 viewer and you have registered the Central Information Master Viewer or Rule Operations Viewer in the Start menu, click Delete the Start menu in the Central Information Master Viewer or Rule Operations Viewer.
You can then install JP1/IM - View.
