When you connect JP1/IM, setup or unsetup the Cosminexus monitor start command.

This command stores under Cosminexus-installation-directory\manager\externals\jp1\mngsvrmonitor. Execute in copy destination of management client machine.

This command execute user who has Administrator authority. This command is for Windows.
