5.8 Note on the commands used by Cosminexus JMS provider
This section describes the notes on the commands used by Cosminexus JMS Provider.
-
CJMSP Broker is case sensitive. However, CJMSP Broker is not case sensitive for instance names and commands, in Windows. For example, the cjmsbroker and CJMSBROKER have same meaning.
-
You cannot override the -o option. However, if the characteristics of a property differ, the property can be specified. If same property is specified, the property specified last will be applicable.
-
If you specify the -h option or the -help option, the other options are neglected.
Example: cjmsicmd create dst -n TestQueue -t t -h
-
In the Cosminexus JMS Provider command, if you specify same option for more than two times, the value that is specified last in the option will be valid.
Example: cjmsicmd create dst -n hello -t q -t t
In the case of the above example, two -t options are specified; however, -t t is valid.
-
If you execute a command by specifying an invalid option and if the specified option is valid in some other command, an error will not occur, but the specified option will be ignored. If there is a mistake in the input format of the option, an error will occur.
- Example 1:
-
cjmsicmd list bkr -n jms
The -n option is for specifying the physical destination and is disabled in the cjmsicmd list bkr command. However, there is no error and the cjmsicmd list bkr command operates normally, if the input format of the option is correct.
- Example 2:
-
cjmsicmd list bkr -n
The -n option is disabled in the cjmsicmd list bkr command and there is also a mistake in the input format (destination is not specified). An error occurs in such cases.
