Function
Resumes CJMSP Broker.
Arguments
- -b host-name : port-number

Specifies the host name and the port number by delimiting them using a colon (:).

If this command is executed for CJMSP Broker that is not stopped temporarily, the message Successfully resumed the broker will be displayed, but the command will be ignored.
