2.1.2 Provider URL
The access protocol for the CORBA Naming Service, the name of the host on which the CORBA Naming Service is running, and the port number used by the host are specified in the following format:
protocol-name::host-name:port-number
Note that the connection destination J2EE server is used as the corresponding CORBA Naming Service. Only corbaname is supported as the access protocol.
If iioploc or iiopname is specified in the earlier versions, substitute iioploc or iiopname for corbaname.
Specify iioploc or iiopname in the following format:
protocol-name://host-name:port-number
In the host-name, specify name of the host on which the CORBA Naming Service is running. However, in the following cases, a value specified in the vbroker.se.iiop_tp.host key will be the value to be specified in host-name:

When ejbserver.naming.startupMode=inprocess is specified in usrconf.properties (user property file for J2EE servers) of the connection destination J2EE server, and the value is specified in the vbroker.se.iiop_tp.host key.

When ejbserver.naming.startupMode=manual or automatic is specified in usrconf.properties (user property file for J2EE servers) of the connection destination J2EE server, and the value is specified in the vbroker.se.iiop_tp.host key with the runtime option of the CORBA Naming Service.
The host-name is omitted in the following cases:

When a value of the ejbserver.naming.protocol key of usrconf.properties (system property file for server management commands) is used as the access protocol.

When a value of the ejbserver.naming.host key is used as the host name.

When a value of the ejbserver.naming.port key is used as the port number.
The default values of host-name are as follows:

ejbserver.naming.protocol key: corbaname

ejbserver.naming.host key: localhost
