Delete /NETMRDS/rdsprm/NETSETFL (/opt/rdsprm/NETSETFL for HP-UX), recreate the settings file (/NETMRDS/rdsprm/RDSSETFL for systems other than HP-UX, /etc/opt/NETMDMW/rdsprm/RDSSETFL for HP-UX), and then re-execute the command.
