Cause: The system failed to unarchive the OS patch.
Action: Reference the unarchive log file of the OS patch (for operating systems other than HP-UX: /NETMRDS/rdsprm/UNACV.LOGF, for HP-UX: /var/opt/NETMDMW/rdsprm/UNACV.LOGF) and correct the cause of the failure. Then re-execute the processing.
