There is no response during the specified time period for communication with the file transfer server facility.
A possible cause is that the time set in the file transfer response timeout (ReceiveWaitTime) in the settings file is shorter than the file transfer sleep time (FileTransferSleepTime) set in the settings file of the upper-level system.
