9.1 Checking failure information by messages
JP1/IT Desktop Management 2 - Agent outputs a failure message if it detects a failure. There are two types of failure messages: One is directly output to the place where the user is located, and the other is output to the syslog file. In addition, JP1/IT Desktop Management 2 - Agent stores detailed failure messages in message log files separately from failure messages stored in the syslog file. The detailed failure messages include maintenance information of JP1/IT Desktop Management 2 - Agent.
