13.8.1 Actions to take if distribution of an application fails

The following describes the possible causes and actions to take if distribution

of an application fails.

Cause

If an application is distributed with the standard distribution, an authentication error occurs in downloading.

Action

Refer to the description of "distribute.auth" in "16.2 Smart device manager environment setting file (manager.properties)".
If access authentication is enabled, delete the following file, and then restart JP1/ITDM2 - SDM (Communication Server).
