(1) Restoring on the Smart Device Manager

Procedure

  1. Stop "JP1/ITDM2 - Smart Device Manager Web Server" service.

  2. Stop "JP1/ITDM2 - Smart Device Manager Server Service" service.

  3. Copy the backup files.

  4. Start "JP1/ITDM2 - Smart Device Manager Server Service" service.

  5. Start "JP1/ITDM2 - Smart Device Manager Web Server" service.

(2) Restoring on the Communication Server

Procedure

  1. Stop "JP1/ITDM2 - Smart Device Manager Web Server" service.

  2. Stop "JP1/ITDM2 - Smart Device Manager (Communication Server Service)" service.

  3. Copy the backup files.

  4. Start "JP1/ITDM2 - Smart Device Manager (Communication Server Service)" service.

  5. Start "P1/ITDM2 - Smart Device Manager Web Server" service.

Procedure

  1. Stop "JP1/ITDM2 - Smart Device Manager (Messaging Server Service)" service.

  2. Copy the backup file.

  3. Start "JP1/ITDM2 - Smart Device Manager (Messaging Server Service)" service.
