Environment for the resource state file access server is destroyed.

Cause: The installed-package information storage directory of JP1/IT Desktop Management 2 might be corrupted.
Action: Start the maintenance wizard, select Repair and re-install JP1/IT Desktop Management 2. The installed-package information storage directory will then be repaired and initialized.
