The attempt to connect to a higher-level system failed. (higher-level system = higher-level-system, host name or IP address = host-name-or-IP-address, port number = port-number)

[Cause] Possible causes include the following:

(1) The connection destination specified in the Internet gateway setup is incorrect.

(2) The connection was blocked by the firewall between the Internet gateway and the higher system.

(3) The higher system is down.

(4) A network failure has occurred.

[Action] Cancel the connection with a higher system.

[Workaround]

(1) Review the connection destination setting in the Internet gateway setup.

(2) Review the firewall setting between the Internet gateway and the higher system.

(3) Confirm that the higher system is up and running.

(4) Confirm that no network failure has occurred.
