[Action] Cancels command execution.

[Workaround] Start the service (JP1_ITDM2_DB Service) or resolve the error described in "details", and then re-execute the command. If the problem persists, collect troubleshooting information on the site server by using the troubleshooting information collection command, and then contact Customer Support.
