Failed to start the service (JP1_ITDM2_Agent Control).

[Cause] An attempt was made to start the service (JP1_ITDM2_Agent Control) on the database server.

[Action] Cancels startup of the service (JP1_ITDM2_Agent Control).

[Workaround] Check whether the service (JP1_ITDM2_Agent Control) is running on the management server. If it is not, start the service on the management server.
