An error occurred while manually acquiring operation log data. (cause and workaround number = cause and workaround number, detailed information = detailed information)

[Cause] The possible causes are as follows:

(1) A temporary error occurred during data processing.

(2) An I/O error occurred in the data folder or a local data folder.

(3) A connection to the operation log storage folder could not be established.

(4) Authentication to the operation log storage folder failed.

(5) An I/O error occurred in the operation log storage folder.

(6) Stored files do not exist in the operation log storage folder.

(7) The operation log storage folder is not specified.

(8) A connection to the operation log storage folder could not be established because anonymous access to shared folders is restricted on the management server.

(9) The operation log file cannot be added to the database because the operation log file shown in detailed information is corrupt.

(10) The disk capacity required to expand the database was insufficient.

(11) The total number of dates of automatically-acquired operation logs and dates of manually-acquired operation logs exceeded the maximum value that can be specified for the number of dates to be stored in the operation log database.

[Action] Cancels the manual acquisition of operation log data.

[Workaround]

(1) If the error occurs repeatedly, use the troubleshooting information acquisition command to acquire troubleshooting information, and then contact the support service.

(2) Check whether the data folder or the local folder is accessible, and whether the disk space is sufficient. If the disk does not have enough free space, increase the free disk space, or specify (during setup) a folder on a disk that has enough free space, and then restart the management server.

(3) Check whether the operation log storage folder specified during setup exists, and whether a connection can be established.

(4) Check whether a connection to the operation log storage folder can be established by using the user ID and password specified during setup.

(5) Check whether the operation log storage folder is accessible, and whether the disk space is sufficient.

(6) If the stored files were moved to another folder, restore the files saved in the operation log storage folder, and then acquire the operations log data again.

(7) Check whether the operation log storage folder was specified during setup.

(8) On the management server, create a user account with the username and password that were specified during setup for connections to the operation log storage folder.

(9) Delete the operation log file shown in detailed information.

(10) In the settings window, reconfigure the server, and then restore the database by using the database manager.

(11) In the list of operation logs in the security window, delete any unnecessary operation logs that were manually acquired.
